P90x-2: Phase I (Foundation)
I have to admit that I only did the P90x Yoga a few times. I ended up replacing it with running on the treadmill. I just didn’t think I was burning any calories and didn’t understand the benefits of yoga, I guess. Plus, it was WAY too long.
I now know that I need yoga to stay young, flexible, and strong. This new yoga in P90x-2 is shorter, so I gave it a try. I liked it much more. Didn’t do it every week, but probably should’ve, cause it’s a good one. I still think it’s a tad too long for me. So I ended up getting Jillian’s 30 minute Yoga DVD’s. 30 minutes of Yoga is perfect for me.
