Stop Your Body From Creating New Fat Cells

Do you know what “fat cell hyperplasia” is? It’s when your body creates new fat cells which will stay inside your body FOR…. EV….. ER!

It happens when you gain too much weight, too quickly.  As a response, your body actually creates new (and permanent) adipocytes (aka: fat cells) that will never leave your body. It’s almost like you’re giving birth to new fat cells.

Not only that, but the more fat cells your body makes, the easier it is for your body to store extra body fat. So, how can you keep this from happening to you?

The best way is to stay lean year round. That way, your current fat cells are never “full” and so there’s no need for your body to create new ones. How do you know if you’re lean? Being able to see some of your abs in the mirror would be a good starting point.

And one of the most-common ways fat cell hyperplasia happens is when someone is trying put on mass and goes on a “bulking” phase. DON’T DO THAT.

When you “bulk”, you do gain a lot of muscle, but you also gain a lot of fat (including the new fat cells that you’ll never be able to get rid of). Besides, there are much safer, healthier, and just-as-effective methods to put on muscle that I talk about all the time. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, then you better start reading my blog more often, eh?

Here’s a quick 9 minute conditioning system that uses NO cardio whatsoever, but lots of squatting. If you don’t know what some of these exercises are, you can to google them or find them on youtube. Hope you enjoy!

 

The Squat Workout:

Note: Rest 10 seconds between each exercise.

1- Prisoner Squats: do as many as you can in 20 seconds

2- Overhead Squats: do as many as you can in 20 seconds

3- Hindu Squats: do as many as you can in 20 seconds

4- Jump Sqauts: do as many as you can in 20 seconds

5- Prisoner Squats: do as many as you can in 20 seconds

6- Overhead Squats: do as many as you can in 20 seconds

7- Hindu Squats: do as many as you can in 20 seconds

8- Jump Squats: do as many as you can in 20 seconds

Rest 60 Seconds

Repeat.
