Healthy Habits – Eat Early
Eat Early. Research shows that you can lose weight by eating earlier in the day. Breakfast and lunch should be your two largest meals and dinner should be your smallest. A high-protein breakfast reduces hunger throughout the day. Could eating high-protein breakfast be the key to appetite control?
Also, try to do most of your snacking in the morning and afternoon rather than in the evening. Best snacks you ask?
