Healthy Habit – Get Physical
Remember to do something physical every day. Set a timer if you’re one of those who sits at a desk all day and make sure that every 40-50 minutes, you get up, move around, do some squats, stretch, lunges….anything will help! The joints must be used or quite simply they will tighten with age (trust me, I went through 3 years of this non-sense), making you look, feel, and act old. Keep yourself flexible and fit on an consistent exercise program!
